Privacy Policy — Hisobchim

1. Overview

Hisobchim ("the app") is a personal finance management mobile application. It lets users record income and expenses. This policy explains what data the app processes and how.

2. Data we process

The app does not transmit or collect any personal data on a server. The following items are stored locally on your device only:

Accounts (name, balance, currency)
Categories (name, icon, color)
Transactions (amount, date, note, category and account link)
Budgets (monthly limit per category)
Recurring transactions (templates)
Settings (theme, default currency)
PIN code (stored as a SHA-256 hash, never as plain text)

3. Where data is stored

All data is stored in a local SQLite database and SharedPreferences on your device. The app uses no cloud or remote storage.

4. Network and external services

Share sheet — for exporting data via the Android system share dialog.
Local notifications — for the daily reminder (no Google or push servers involved).
Currency exchange rates — the app fetches daily exchange rates from a public third-party API (open.er-api.com). Only public rate data is retrieved; no personal or financial information is ever sent. This is optional — the app works offline using built-in fallback rates.

5. Permissions

6. Export and deletion

You can export your data as JSON or CSV. To delete all data, uninstall the app — all records will be removed from your device.

7. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

8. Third parties

No ads, no analytics, no third-party tracking SDKs. The app uses only open-source libraries (Flutter, SQLite, etc.).

9. Changes

If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top will change.

3. Ma'lumotlar qayerda saqlanadi

Barcha ma'lumotlar qurilmangizdagi lokal SQLite ma'lumotlar bazasida va SharedPreferences xotirasida saqlanadi. Hech qanday cloud foydalanilmaydi.

4. Tarmoq va tashqi xizmatlar

Ulashish — eksport faylini Android tizim oynasi orqali boshqa ilovalarga uzatish.
Lokal bildirishnoma — kunlik eslatma uchun (push server ishlatilmaydi).
Valyuta kurslari — ilova kunlik valyuta kurslarini ochiq uchinchi tomon API'sidan (open.er-api.com) oladi. Faqat ochiq kurs ma'lumotlari olinadi; hech qanday shaxsiy yoki moliyaviy ma'lumot yuborilmaydi. Bu ixtiyoriy — internetsiz ilova zaxira kurslar bilan ishlaydi.

6. Eksport va o'chirish

Ilova 13 yoshgacha bo'lganlardan biron-bir ma'lumot to'plamaydi.

8. Uchinchi tomon

Reklama, analitika va trekerlar yo'q. Faqat ochiq kodli kutubxonalar (Flutter, SQLite).
